They sent me emails thanking me for orders that I never made. They used an app called Anydesk from Google Play Store to get into my phone and look at

financial apps all the while telling me I owed for Norton LifeLock and an iPhone 14 Pro. Then they tried to get information regarding my sister's finances. I finally hung up on the "Norton" employee and

uninstalled Anydesk. They are running scams on other people too.
