Company is a 3rd Party that "helps you file for the Public Service Loan Program." 1. You do not need one to fill out the paperwork. You end up doing it yourself anyways. 2. You end up giving them your information and money for no reason.

However, in my naive state of trust, I thought this was a good service considering my district supposedly had vetted them. They have NOT filed any paperwork for my FedLoan for 4 years AND they took my money for it. I stupidly didn't follow up until midway through this COVID forbearance and have found out that they are conveniently closed permanently.

DO NOT use a third-party to file for Loan Forgiveness. I learned the hard way.
