I was contacted via email by Title IV Services in Tampa, FL instructing me to call and speak with a representative regarding my options for federal student loan forgiveness. Their calls are recorded. After speaking with a representative they have you give them all of your personal identification information to work on your behalf; name, address, SSN, phone numbers, DOB and your have to submit a power of attorney form etc. They then have you enter into and sign an electronic document regarding a fee schedule for their "services". The fee they charge is $795. I was fully taken advantage of by giving them all of my personal identification information and signing their document when I could have filed for loan forgiveness/reconsolidation for free myself. This is nothing but a student loan scam company that only wishes to steal your identity and take your money. BEWARE
