I purchased the product they have for sale on their site. Its in the description of the product that it's machined from 4140 steel and DLC coated (diamond like carbide). It also stated that it's 2 day shipping and I received it in about 7 days. The product showed up and the first thing I noticed was it was very light so I knew it wasn't made from 4140 steel but instead made out of an extremely low grade aluminum. The coating was also not DLC but a cheaply applied anodizing which came off in placed during installation. The site says 100% satisfaction garranteed so I wrote them an email explaining my issues with the product and pointing out the blatant false advertising then I requested a full refund and that I would be shipping the product back. That correspondence has been over a week now and the responses I keep getting are that they are working on it or it's been passed on to the shipping department for further review. I did a little investigating myself and it looks like they just recently changed the company name to titantactic and that it was something else before that. They ate scamming consumers out if their money and not delivering what is clearly described on their website. It also looks like they have stolen video,pictures and the overall product from a company called law tactical. I went back and looked at the titantactic website real good and they elude to the fact that they do not issue refunds so that tells me they know what they are doing is wrong and that It's a setup or scam from the minute you purchase the product!
