My husband made arrangements with this company to move our items. They use the same name a legitimate,intrastate mover in Virginia. They claim to be family owned, use their own trucks, and none of that is true. An unmarked moving truck came and loaded 1100 cubic feet worth of space in a truck with a portion of our household items. Items are picked up at my home in Chicago, IL on 7/15/2018. The delivery date was supposed to be between 7/26/2018 and 8/24/2018. Items were initially taken to a storage facility in Lisle, IL then were to be transferred to a larger truck for delivery to CA. I spoke with the dispatcher, Tyler on 7/26/2018 who claimed the items were being picked up and should be delivered with the next week. On 8/16 I called twice and the VM prompts to transfer me to the customer service line and the dispatch line did not work.
