I purchased a $169.2 item on their website but the order never even updated for 2 weeks. I tried emailing and calling to inquire about the order, but the business is not responding to emails or calls.

Doing a quick internet search, it looks like dozens upon dozens of people have gone through the same thing, some for much larger sums of money. A lot of users report having to go through their bank to dispute the charge. It certainly looks like this business is just scamming people for credit card money and getting away with it for the cases where users can't recoup anything through the bank.
