We came to this company for help with our mortgage and to assist us with our home to avoid foreclosure. We contacted the company and was told that they could get us a modification for our loan to keep us from going into foreclosure. This guy named John stated that we needed to start the process and show that we were serious and provided us with a bank account to send these payments. He sent letters stating not to communicate with our mortgage company and that we would be ok. They promised us that there was nothing to worry about and once we sent over the first 3 payments of $991.39, our file would be completed for our modified and the payments would be at this cost per month. We sent them all of the payments that they asked for $2,974.17 and they would tell us that they didn't receive our documents and that pages were missing and we would begin to get voicemails all of the time, the guy has us emailing a Jessica Perez who stopped communicating with us stating that she was out of the office, then it was we were to speak to a Donna Saunders, John no longer had a working phone number. We were told to ignore our mortgage company and anything that they sent to us. We finally got to someone (Donna) she stated that our mortgage company wouldn't look at our file, and that there wasn't anything that they could do after taking our money! Don't use this company!

I was contact by Titan Advice Center through the mail regarding an opportunity to get my mortgage rate reduced. On 1/23/18 I was promised that they would work with my lender and that the money given to them would go towards my mortgage as they got the rate reduced. They promised a reduction from $2500/mo to at minimum $1800/mo. I sent 3 wire payments to them over 3 months. Over the 3 months my lender was not contacted by them and Titan informed me that they could not get my rate reduced. I owed 3 months in back mortage payments. When I reached out to Titan they told me they would give me a refund but I have not received any funds to date.

I paid titan $3000 to help me modified my loan, they promised I would get a reduced loan payment after 3 months trial period to $1900 per Eli James one of the managers, after the trial periods, my loan servicing Shellpoint gave me a higher mortgage payment than I used to pay , I called titan and they gave me the round around and unable to talk to anybody , I demand they refund my money , but never heard from them and now all the contact #s had been disconnected. I lost $3000 for nothing.

MORTGAGE SCAM: MADE ME PAY UPFRONT FEES OF 2430.00 AND DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH ANY TYPE OF SERVICES YET. THEY ASKED ME FOR MORE MONEY TODAY AND WANTED LATE FEES ADDED TO THAT TO KEEP MY FILE OPEN BUT HAVE NOT PROVIDED ME WITH A MORTGAGE PAYMENT/RATE YET. THE PAYMENTS WERE MADE TO BANK OF AMERICA WHO IS NOT MY LENDER.

MORTGAGE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE SCAM!! Company sends letter in mail stating they can help by reducing mortgage payments and also with foreclosures, and tells you to fax and send your documents with your personal information, which they use fr the fraud scam.
