The seller Barton Dean requested $650 to ship a teacup Yorkie to my address. I was then contacted by a third party that due to inclement weather a different carrier was needed and an additional $950 was needed. I was told 15% of the cost would be reimbursed to me upon delivery of the dog. I was then contacted again and asked to pay an addition $1000 for insurance, which I refused to pay since that wasn't explained when I payed the $950. At this point I realize I will. It be receiving a Yorkie and have paid $1500+.
