There was a Facebook ad that the baby lounger was free with shipping. Made the purchase on 12/19 and received a confirmation email, however the product was never shipped. Contacted the company on 1/13 and received an email that shipping was taking longer due to COVID. On 2/17 the company website was down, I contacted them again and received the same automated email. Never received the product.

I ordered a product advertised on Facebook (a baby nursery lounger) on December 12, 2020. The confirmation email I received said the product would ship in 7-10 business days but could be up to 15 due to COVID. They charged my credit card immediately. On January 3, 2021, I emailed the address given on their website and confirmation email (the ONLY contact information available) asking for a status update since I still had neither received the product nor confirmation it had ever even shipped. I received an automated response that they would respond to emails "quickly". I sent a follow-up email yesterday asking instead for a refund (January 27, 2021) and received the same automated response. I returned to the Facebook site and multiple people reported the same scam, but their comments were quickly deleted.
