I brought a pair of (Van-like) slide on sneakers. The quality of these shoes is so poor. The bottom of the shoes are supposed to be rubber and they are that hard slippery plastic. While walking in them, it sounds like I am wearing dress shoes. Also, the stitching is off, which is causing the material to buckle in certain spots. Lastly, the shoes didn't even come in a shoe box, they came in one of those cheap opaque ziplock bags. I received no packing slip, or no receipt so I'm not going to even bother trying to return them.
I tried leaving a review on Tinstree's website and they never posted it, stating that it had to be approved by the administration.
I will definitely be more cautious moving forward.

I wish I had read all the negative reviews about this company before I made my purchase. First, they did not process the order correctly, so I was waiting for over 2 weeks. When I contacted them, they told me that the boots were coming from China, so they did not arrive for another several days, well after the date that I needed them. When they arrived, they were a size too big (clearly marked, so it was not an accident). When I tried to return them, they told me I should give them to a friend as a gift. Since then, they have done everything to stall my refund, answering each email with another request, "please send us a picture of the item, please send the tracking information, please send confirmation that the return was delivered to us," etc. Also, they are not refunding the shipping cost and also, I had to pay for the return shipping. To date, I have not received my refund, even though I have confirmation that they received it on October 5. I first put this order in August, and it has been nothing but a serious waste of time and money with nothing to show for it. This is a horrible dishonest company and I hope it goes under.

Trying to get a refund on two pairs of shoes that are too small and I never received a pair of boots! Getting the run around by a lady named Vanessa through emails only! I will never order from here again!

I ordered three pairs of shoes and
one pair of boots, two pairs of the shoes didn’t fit and the boots I never received! Only one pair of shoes out of the four I’m okay with! Trying to return the two pairs that are too small but a lady named Vanessa keeps giving me the run-a-round and she’s only communicating with me by email…I will never order from Tinstree ever again!

Have not received my order that was placed on 9-20-2022. Nor have I gotten any updates on delivery date. Order number TS103221. I paid 43.62 for some sandals. My card was charged. Where's my product.

I spent 112.00 with Tinstree for 3 pairs of shoes which i never received they showed on their tracking shoes were delivered which were NEVER delivered also does not show what delivery service is used for their delivery lesson learned I will never buy from them again

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes. I only received 2 pair out of the 3 I ordered. Out of the 3 I ordered, only 1 pair was the correct size. I ordered size 9s. Out of 3 pairs of shoes, I can only wear 1 pair. So I spent over $100 for only 1 pair of shoes. Customer service offered a "huge" coupon code to reorder which only came to $17 when I tried to order. Of course I cancelled that order because it made no sense. DO NOT ORDER from this fraudulent company is my advice.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the website the app that they have they sent me the wrong size they sent me a size 9 when I ordered a size 6 I cannot do anything with the size 9 so I tried contacting their customer service which no one speaks any English and I had no option to select to be spoken in English I tried contacting them on the chat line with someone responded saying that they will get back with me in a moment it’s been almost 3 hours and now they have took him down there chatlineOn my side please help I would like a refund on my right side thank you

I ordered some sandals and they took weeks to arrive ( I now understand it was china made crap) and they mailed them in a plastic bag so when they arrived there was a chunk taken out of one of the sandals. They wanted me to jump through hoops for a return and then just stopped returning my emails. You are getting low quality china goods and they dont even care how they get to you. No show box, just a bag.

I use to like to get products from China, however, after being scammed by TINSTREE, it will be a COLD day in HELL for me to ever trust any company in China ever again. Buyer Beware!

Paid for item, from Tinstree and never received it, to add insult, they do not answer emails. Public beware this company is nothing but scam crooks. I hope they will have to pay millions of dollars in fines for all the scams they have used!

I bought these shoes less than 4 months ago and I only lightly wear them about 2 to 3 times a week. The heel is already coming apart and the soles are falling off. Extremely cheap no help with them no nothing, do not buy these they're horrible quality

I unfortunately did not check the reviews before I ordered shoes from this company. They finally came one shoe was too small. I spent over a week trying to reach them via email without a response until yesterday. Telling me it’s too expensive to send back the shoes and couldn’t I just give them to a friend! Do not buy from this company!

SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Look them up to see the red flags. Not one website has said this is a legit company and to look out. I unfortunately had to learn the hard way. I had the most awful experience with them. They are a complete scam. They would not provide with me with a return shipping label for their mistake. They tried scaring me into not returning because of how expensive it is and they might get lost during the shipping process and then I lose out. I responded so many times and they did not respond to anything I wrote, just copy paste responses. I stopped responding and contacted my bank. They have no phone number and I got some crazy emails that items were out of stock but never provided which product(s) and then said they canceled my order and refunded me. I responded to immediately refund me and a week later shoes show up. They can't even give a grammatically correct response. I am not stuck with their crap shoes which are literally crap. It’s really sad that so many companies are popping up and LITERALLY scamming people and there is nothing we can do except write reviews. These are the emails I received from them.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this company that I still have not received. I found this review site after waiting for my order for over 2 weeks. I have sent emails with no response. I have reported this company to Pinterest/shopify, google ads, instagram, tiktok, facebook, basically any site that this company advertises on I have submitted a report. I also discovered you can also find most of the shoes on aliexpress.com and you may have better luck receiving them and they are cheaper.

They Look Legit on the Website, but DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not honor returns & want to charge the customer $35 to return a $40 pair of sandals.

Not a real company. Do not order from this site. You won't get your product but they keep your money. Ordered shoes back in December 2021. Because they have my CC company a tracking number to the US my CC company Bank of America let them keep the money. I never recieved any product from this site and never got my money back either. They will not accept returns. Customer service is awful. No phone number to contact them. It’s [censored] products and they beat around the bush the whole conversation. Will not send a return label or anything for me. Shoes are [censored] and don’t fit. Spent way too much time emailing customer service. They don’t help anyways. I disputed the transaction with my bank and got a refund that way. No what suckers!
