My wife found a Pomeranian puppy on tinipoms.com website she contacted him and they both agreed on a price and shipping was to be free to our door as per his contract he presented to her in an e mail for her to sign as well as he signed she sent the money 300.00 witch he agreed again to our front door free shipping so he wanted money sent to Brandon sneed cash app and send him a copy where it was paid and he would proceed with paper work on her. That all transpired on the 1st of Jan the he sent several picture of a puppy in a pink cage thinking that was her well when it came to shipping her to us he told us that a shipping company would be in contact thru email we got some bogus flight schedule that was pending our approval. When my wife went to Altdorf movers put in the number given it said we owed 305.00. wife contacted seller and told him there agreement and his contract was for free shipping all he wanted to do was argue with us to just pay the shipping. So I told him to honor his contract and pay up shipping or i wanted money back. So I got a phone call from a guy that said he was with Altdorf movers he wanted me to pay for shipping so I relayed to him that I had a contract signed by my wife and Nicky Bathram that he would be free shipping to our front door so if he didn't get the money from him that was his problem not mine then he went on to say he is threating a lawsuit on you for abandonment so i snickered and told him that since I was never in possession of her so i could not have abandoned her and he said ok and conversation was over. But I told him he was not getting anymore money and he must abide by his contract. Just beware he took his number off of the website today and left the [email protected].
