The product that was ordered looked nothing like the product that was received. The product received is unusable. The product was supposed to be sturdy animal shaped eye gl[censored]ders made out of wood. What was delivered was thin, discolored, vaguely animal shaped pieces of super thin wood-like material that was missing pieces and that could not stand up on their own or hold eye glasses. When attempting to resolve the issue, first I was blocked from emailing the company. Then I contacted them through the pay site I used and they refuse to return my money saying that I should be able to make what they sent me work. Attached is a picture of the product that was delivered.

I contacted their customer support and requested to return my item for a complete refund. They refused to provide a complete refund. Attached is the email chain.
