The below task is account of what occurred:

August 1, 2015

Good afternoon,

First of all, I would like to apologize for my tardiness with the assignment. After I removed the assignment for the mail on the evening on August 28 2015, I immediately deposit the cashier's check into my account on July 29, 2015. My bank in return gave me Notice of Hold for Case-by-Case which I have submitted as an attachment. I noticed on the second sheet the amount of money that was asked to be sent was different from the front page. I will gladly forward the remaining balance to any destination of your choice. And again, my apologizes for the tardiness. The following two evaluations are as follows:

On July 31, I visited the *** location *** *** *** ***, Mississippi ***. Time of arrival 5:45pm. The overall appearance of outside of the store was clean except for empty buggies scattered throughout the parking lot. When entering the store on the grocery side, the lobby area was clean. Before I begin my shopping experience, I immediately checked the conditions of the restrooms. The front ladies restrooms was not clean and paper towels were all over the floor. Water was all over the floor in the handicap stall. The mirrors were clean and soap was in the dispenser as well as paper towels. Toilet seat covers over the toilet were full. However, the floor needed to be mopped. It was dirty and filthy. I immediately proceeded to begin my shopping experience. I walked over to the household section to purchased some items such as washing powder, dishing washing liquid, Lysol, toilet bowel brush and fabric softener. The isle were clean and shelves were well stock. The tissue and paper towel isle was also clean and well stock allowing me to access the desired items easily. Then, I browsed the infants section. Next, I visited the electronics department. ___, one of the associate in the department, helped me find a great deal on my iPhone 4 USB cord. She even help me dig thru the bundle which was full with an assortment of chargers, cases and cords. Afterwards, I headed over to the houseware section to obtain some items. As I walked thru the department, I notice the curtain isle was not straighten and stocked fully. The selections of the pillows in which I purchase one was great. Last, I proceeded to cash register to pay for the items. The lines were long and had to waited 9 minutes, before I made it to the counter. I checked out on the opposite side of the grocery section. Both side were bagged up at least 5 customers or more. The customers beside me was complaining about the long lines and hardly no cashiers. I then responded, " It's not always like this". He stated, "yes it is that way I dread coming to Wal-Mart ". I said, "Maybe some more cashiers are coming". But no other cashier showed before I made it to the register. As I approach register, the cashier who's name was ___. I was greeted with a smile and Hey how are you doing? So I responded good and you. Upon, the completion of the sale she did say Thank you for shopping at Wal-mart. Even though the lines were long, the cahier worked steady and was very polite. I made my way to the back ladies restrooms near the Law-away department. Unlike, the front restrooms the floors were clean. Also, all dispensers were filled.

Before I exited the store, I went to the money center to send the money grams. I notice the line was so long that we were standing on the outside of the center near the exiting traffic on the grocery side. Seven other customers were waiting ahead of me. I had to wait 6 minutes before seeing a cashier. There was no pens and the money gram forms were scattered all over the counter. There were two cahiers who worked the center._______ was the money gram associate who assisted me. She greeted me with a smile, was nice and pleasant when I inquired about domestic and international rates for sending money. She was very knowledgeable of transfers. After the completion of the first transfer, I was not allowed to send the second at that time. ______ nicely informed me that it may be, due to the amount of money transferred your bank may not allow another transfer for that amount until the next day. Throughout the entire experience, I never saw a supervisor or manager present.

August the 1, 2015, I arrived at the same Wal-Mart location the outside appearance was clean and there were no buggies in the parking lot. Next, I entered in the store. When I arrived to the money center, it was staff with one associate. I only waited for 4 minutes due to the short line and two customers ahead of me. This time the counter where I received the money gram form was organized neat and clean in the proper slots. There still was no pens to fill out the form. I then asked the associate who name tag said _______ for a pen. She gladly handed me one. I filled out the form and stood in line. While standing in line, I notice the grocery line was shorter and they had more cashiers then yesterday. I noticed that the same trash that I observed under the ATM was still present from yesterday. The floors had not been swept. When I arrived to the register to make the transaction, the cashier answered me very pleasantly when I asked her about concern when sending money domestically and international. She repeated the information to me as she type into the system making sure the information was correct. I told her that I really appreciated her verifying the information I wrote. When the transaction was completed, ________said Thank you for at shopping Wal-mart and Have a nice day and with a smile. And I stated " thank you and you have one too". I then proceeded to the restroom. When I walked thru the doors I observed the floors were dirty and the baby diaper change had paper towels all of it. The third stall was had tissue all over the seat of the toilet. The soap, paper towels, and toilet seat covers were filled. The mirrors were clean. Afterwards, I exited the store.

My overall experience with the cashiers was great. However, I did not like waiting in the long line on July 31. It was very stressful. Buggies throughout the parking made it difficult to find a parking space. I was totally disappointed with the appearance and conditions of restrooms. For the most part, the store selection was stock good with the materials I purchase.
