Alameda Mortgage sells foreclosures masquerading as mortgages. I was solicited forgery, fraudulent docs, gave me a loan that expressly demands occupancy or management for life of loan, removed all judicial process including civil remedy to be paid back to them and sale of home if report their crimes, refuse to cancel even after money returned, fraud to delay loan to increase interest rates, omissions of consumer protection docs, hidden mortgage credits to increase interest rates, embezzlement of money refuse demand to return money or property, misstatement of facts, offer $75,000 less than what I got, surprise last minute debt pay offs, and fraud fraud fraud.
