I ordered a chair from this company and after many weeks and emails, I finally received a package from the company. (See picture) Before I received the package, they tried to get me to pay another $20 to express mail the package. That didn’t happen! Granted it was only $30 but nevertheless it was my $30 and this company is absolute trash. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY!

I order a gaming chair on Feb 28th 2021 for $29.00, and yesterday I got a very small package that had a cheap golden material that is to be a chair cushion. I was able to track the package but from the get go but it's not not what I paid for.

I ordered a chair through Facebook paid got a receipt but after 7 days I tried to track it and it won’t let me I haven’t heard anything else from them I’m one social security and don’t make a lot so when I do buy something I like to get what I paid for. There are too many scammers out there now why can’t the police or FBI. Catch them and will we receive our money back

I ordered a chair through them on Facebook, which was my first big mistake! I paid the $29.00 got an email verifying my order had been placed, and the money taken out of my account, shipping says it could take anywhere from 15-35 working days to get to me. I ordered it on February 9th, 2021 got shipment confirmation on February 17th, got no other emails... You cannot click on the tracking number to get information, so I have been patiently waiting. Now it is March 9th and I looked into it more, and the tracking number I pasted into a website and it gave me all shipping updates but it says it was placed inside my mailbox on March 2nd. OK no way a chair is fitting in my mailbox, also I check the mail everyday and I have received no packages. I emailed them today and asked for my money back, I have not gotten a response. I plan to follow up with my postal carrier as he is the one who supposedly delivered it.

I ordered a chair and paid with PayPal for $29. They sent me an email saying the order has shipped and the shipment continues to get pushed back. The email has a tracking link but it doesn’t display any information. If you try to click any link besides the links to purchase then it says “Sorry this store is not available”.
