Received a phone call about wanting to buy my Mexico timeshare. I gave basic, non-personal info. Received an email with an offer of $78,600 which was double what I paid. I received the email with a “letter of intent”. Asked to contact my real estate agent, John Morale at (646) 647-8737 x104 if anything was incorrect. If I accepted i was to sign the letter and fax over a voided copy of my contract
