I bought the big tool boxes. Tracking number actually through China shipping tracking, shows it made it to California. It hasn't moved since April 18th. I figured it was USPS [censored]ing up like you keep hearing about. Now, after reading these comments?? At least I'm covered, my bank covers fraud and I will get my money back. They will then do their thing to reroute the money back to themselves. With this many people getting [censored]ed, one would think the NSA, or FBI or whoever would be doing some purchases of their own to track the thieves down by now. And Mark Zuckerberg would know exactly who they are. He gets paid for them to advertise on his domains. Fakebook, Instagram etc.

My husband was on Facebook and seen this toolbox that he liked it said any order over $35.00 dollars free shipping so he decides to order the tool box from
Timeisstill.com . High Capacity 56 in. W x 22 in. D 18-Drawer Tool Chest and Cabinet Combo order is on it's way. But 3 weeks later he got a small package that 3 mast in it. So how do I get my money back.

I ordered the Milwaukee tool box. Got order number and tracking number. Tracking information is in Chinese and I can’t read it! This was on March 15. It’s now May 14. I don’t have a tool box but they have my money! Guess it’s a ripoff! Order number is 315w5y1588. Tracking number is uj987763175cn. The company claims to be proud of their products. Don’t see how that they could be!

I also purchased a generator in March of 2021, I have ordet # AND TRACKING BUT NONE OF GETS ME ANY ANSWERS. I ORDERED THROUGH PAYPAL THEY SUPPOSEDLY WILL REIMBURSE ME MY COST, I'LL SEE BUT HOPE IT HAPPENS. I don't understand why these sites are allowed to exist! God knows how many people get screwed out of their hard earned money. Looks like we should be able to sue them or at least make them refund our money. I wonder if the Better Business Bureau could do something about this?

Yeah I was on Marketplace out of Facebook and I ordered this from a generator and it's a Generac 3500 and small inverter generator I paid my money upfront they sent me a receipt and they also sent me a tracking number and none of it works they said they sent it out overseas to China I have just some company there I can give you the name you in a little while if you need it I'll text it to you

Go to google and type china shipping tracking. I did. Tracked to California. It hasn't moved in 2 months. I wonder what they shipped, and to whom ? I am guessing it was picked up by someone at that point? Or it's just sitting in lost mail? Or real good scam with friends in the mail room tracking system ?

I am Randy the [censored] who fell for the scam to they even charged me twice $45 each time for a toolbox a month later they send me in the mail it's a small package I looked inside of it and it was face masks you believe that these [censored]. It's a coward of very big coward that sits behind a keyboard and steals hard earned money from families who are downright good and innocent I wish I could do something about this wish I could get my money back but I don't know I wonder why people retaliate on others for things they do and then they call it unjust and you go to jail if you do something I'm in the wrong business

An advertisement for a countertop ice maker appeared on my Facebook account. I went to the website (https://www.timeisstill.com/) and placed an order for the ice maker. I received an order confirmation email with a tracking number through the USPS. When I click on the tracking link, it shows a shipping label was created but the ice maker was never shipped.

There is a support email listed on the website ([email protected]) but each time I send an email, it bounces back as undeliverable. There is no phone number, address, or contact information listed.

I notified my credit card company that I believe this is a fraudulent website.
