I am a student at Ohio University. I received an email from Timecode Outsourcing, [email protected]. The email asked me to be a secret shopper. I was to go to Walmart and buy a $1000 worth of gift cards, scratch off the security numbers, and take pictures of the security numbers adn the receipt and and send to the scammer. They mailed me a sheet of paper explaining the steps, and a check for $1300.

The return address on the envelope is The Starr Companies, 3353 Peachtree RD, NE # 1000, Atlanta, GA 30326. The check is from Central Valley Community Bank, Fresno, CA. The remitter is Melissa Ramos.
