I had ordered 2 battery powered vehicles in January 12 My credit card went thru but never received my order. $78 worth. Can anyone help me with the scam?

I ordered a powered electrical vehicle for a child. It took my credit card payment and never heard from them. No contact information. $46.65

I ordered a riding toy "wild thing" before Christmas, I received an email with an order number stating that I'd be able to track my package by making an account, which I did, but it kept saying "no order made" I have emailed the company at least 4 times for help and finally for a refund, no one has emailed me back.
