Ordered a cordless drill organizer #1395 for 10 drills. When delivered, received an ear bud. Notified customer service and said they were out of stock and offered 5% refund. When said I want a full refund they offered 10% refund. Told them I was reporting to the ScamPulse.com about tiltbilt.com.
