I placed an order from Tiktok, it linked me to their website. I placed order in February, was charged and never received order. Tracking has said "ready to ship" for a few weeks now. All emails sent to them have received replies apologizing, and saying they will contact another department. Nothing has been done, no other communications received. Asked for a refund and have gotten nothing.

I was scrolling tiktok and there was an ad for a scrolling button ring, so I clicked the link for more information. Then there was a pop-up saying I won a free gift so I clicked the link. Then i entered my address and card number to pay for the shipping on the free item but when I hit next it took me for a different page so I just backed out and exited. Next thing I knew there were 3 unauthorized transactions that went through; $119.98 to myzeekswimming.store, $39.97 to Samyuera ignite diet, and $3 to Realgetnow. Another $3, to Trainmatchon 24, transaction wouldn't go through because I don’t authorize foreign transactions.
