I am speaking on behalf of my mother and all tax payers. My mother was contacted by this company to receive back and arm braces. She declined needing any of these, but was sent them anyway. I am in the process of trying to return them. I contacted the company on April 4, 2019 and was told I would receive a return shipping label in the mail. They stated they could not email a return shipping label. This is of concern as at least one other distributor for another company has sent a label via email. As of today, April 9, 2019 I have not received said label and have tried again to contact the company with no result. I am concerned that this is occurring for many elderly who have no means of returning said items and the tax payers will be charged. Or the elderly will be charged if time goes by and the items are not returned. I am considering Medicare and the elderly to be the scam targets
