I purchased a rowing machine from this individual through eBay. They sent me a FedEx tracking number. The Tracking number indicated that the item had been delivered to me, but it had not! When I investigated through FedEx, I discovered that no rowing machine had been sent to me instead this tracking number was for a FedEx envelope that had been delivered to a different address in the city in which I live. In other words, this person had stolen a tracking number from FedEx and used it fraudulently to look as though they had shipped a rowing machine to me. eBay and PayPal have been absolutely no help whatsoever in helping me get my money back or shutting this person down. Beware is this criminal is still out there scamming people.
