I purchased a necklace online for a friends birthday, I never recieved a confirmation email (however i took a picture of the order which was processed so i have confirmation), they would not respond to emails, they overcharged my credit card (luckily it was a gift Credit card with only a $100s on it so they couldn't charge more excessive charges) and then I never recieved the jewelry that was ordered. Additionally the same day (before we identified it was fraudulant my husband had purchased the same necklace for my christmas present as well and our bank contacted us the next day about the fraud charges. We had to cancel our cc and get a new one issued. I want to make sure this gets shutdown so that no one else is effected by their fraud
