Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased clothes from an Instagram add. They never confirmed the order or responded to my emails but charged me $324.00. When they finally responded they said they refunded my money but never did. I contacted Visa and they have launched a fraud investigation but I have yet to receive the money.
