I purchased a compost from a company I found when I googled compost bins for home use. I bought item, paid, received receipt, and shipping information. Tracking through 17track. After 30 days and constantly asking where compost bin was-item tracked as delivered. Date of delivery was Easter Sunday, so we were definitely home. Bin WAS not delivered. Contacted 17 track they explained they were not delivery service but merely tracking. Attempted to contact Tideshop , asking for refund. Repeatedly told via email one was being issued and since Saturday 4/15 no further contact from seller
