Searched for Tool chest on Google.

Tidebuy was the cheapest, claiming to be in the UK. After submitting payment, was given order number 12905.

I started to question the purchase, because of lack of shipping info and expected date of delivery.

After sending tidebuy an email asking for shipping and time info, they replied with my order number and sent me a link to a tracking service. That tracking service shows a bunch of Chinese.

After two weeks, I checked the tracking service again, it showed delivered April 23rd, this is April 28th. I never received a delivery email, or anything from tidebuy, no product.

I called my credit card company and had them cancel the charges.

Don't fall for cheaper than average retail prices for products online. Most likely a huge scam. Lesson learned.

I bought the wig for $ 151.76 from this scam "company". What they send me is different than the one on the picture. Cannot return or do anything because there is no one to contact neither through e-mail nor the phone. All telephone numbers are phony . I can't believe it's happening in USA. People please help!

I ordered a flaming basketball comforter set( 2 pillow shams, fitted sheet and sheet, and comforter,) it was originally 78.99 but was on sale for 47.99. When i placed order it took them 10 days to send confirmation info which was not to my email just to my cellphone for DHL shipping.

It arrived yesterday and they only sent me the duvet cover and two pillow shams.

I want my money back and entire comforter set for messing my daughter's birthday up because she really wanted this

This website overcharges shipping rates, does not fulfill the orders in time, and does not refund the rates. There are numerous reports of this site not sending full refunds when the products have been canceled, as well as outrageous shipping costs that are not filled in time. They recently scammed me for $20 in shipping for a package that still has not arrived 20 days after the fact.
