I followed a link to a free trial for Tidal and decided to try out the hifi music that's $19.99 a mo after trial. It was a 30 day trial. I noticed after a few days that they charged my account $19.99 right away. I saw no indication during the signup process that I was going to be charged right away. I noticed the charge on my bank account a few days later and immediately canceled the subscription. I contacted their support right away by email and really got the back and forth runaround, for a few days. They say that I had already used my free trial some years ago. Well I had forgotten about that. Again during this latest signup they made no indication that I was going to be charged or that I did not qualify for another free trial. This is a true scam and a warning to others that might try to signup again.
