I was approved for an $8000.00 personal loan with 7% interest that was going to be used to catch up on rent and for medical treatment for myself. Due to having bad credit and no cosigner, they required a collateral payment that would go towards the first two months payments on the loan. We were guaranteed that the loan would be direct deposited into my account the following day. It did not happen. I called the next morning and was notified that I had to pay the 9% taxes on the loan. We did so. Still no loan. Someone was fired due to the negligence on their part. We were also told that due to the gross error on their part that our loan would then be given to us interest free; however we now had to pay insurance on the loan just in case we didn't make payments; at least they would get something out of it. We did so (all through western Union to various people in Georgia and Ontario, Canada). Still no loan. I ripped them a new one at this point, since part of the problem is they didn't allocate two of the sums we paid to the correct location in their computer system and their IT weenies were unable to "isolate" the funds in their system in order to reallocate them correctly and deposit the funds. We ended up making double payments on the taxes and insurance. I tore into them again. We decided to cancel the loan and our funds were to be reimbursed via direct deposit into my account. I told them this was unacceptable and I expected to be sent my funds via Western Union. They stated this was against policy and it would take 30 days to reimburse via direct deposit. I still haven't seen my money reimbursed. We were evicted and now their phone number and email are disconnected. They are unreachable. I have all the manes of the people who picked up the funds through Western Union as they had to show a Dl to receive the funds. I have all of the names, dates and info. of all of the phone calls and Western Union Receipts. I contacted two attorneys here locally to sue these evil [censored], however they are not licensed to practice in New York State. Any suggestions?

They said I was approved for a loan but I had to pay first two payments in advanced. Then they said I had to send the payment through western union to Leanne Murray in Atlanta Georgia. I sent the money they said I would get my loan direct deposit the next day. That didn’t happen so I called the and said I didn’t get the money then they tell me I have to pay $900.00 dollars in taxes before I get the loan. So I told them to refund me my $750.00 and I wanted to cancel my loan. They then said I wouldn’t get my money for three weeks. Still I have no gotten my 750 back so this is definitely a scam

they promised a 10000$ loan which was desperately needed to pay family lawyer fees first asked for 3 months payments as I didn't have a cosigner totalling 615$ they said funds deposited within an hour it did not happen when called said I had to pay another 800$ for the taxes which again I sent after a confirmation of funds again being sent within the hour again nothing called them again they then said I'd have to pay another 1400$ for their insurance plan at which point i said no I wanted to cancel my loan was then told my funds would be returned within 20 days of cancellation deposited right into my bank account and again still nothing was dealing with a woman named Clair Ashton through all of it until I wanted my money back then was passed around to different people I'm a single mother as well as a very young widow and now because of this I'm being evicted from my home with my children and have no money or no where to go because they took every cent I had. horrible awful human beings!!
