After browsing tickets that were for sale, I selected what I wanted and purchased them.
I was told by the "company", that they are a reseller and that the actual venue is the seller.
I had already purchased them when I was told they were a reseller, and that the venue has the right to hold tickets up until 48 hours or so before the show.
I rushed to purchase them because I was buying them for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She loves Martinez and the show is the closest that will be traveling near us. That is why I didn't know they were resellers. The timing contributed to my hasty decision as well. it was just prior to Christmas and they appeared to be selling out.
I have yet to receive the tickets.
I did reach out to the "company" by live online chat and email and all they would say was that the venue has until 48 hrs prior to the show to release them, but that they often do not wait that long.
I have yet to receive any tickets and the " company" has not contacted me at all.
I dont have the tickets, so I obviously can't sell them to recover my money.
