I was trying to get big jam tickets I was told to go to Walgreens or to add $200 to I did he said call him back I did he said I can’t access the barcode to scan at big jam I had to get another never told me to get 2 cards at first he said the other 200 refund told him to give my money back he took my card and got rid of that number

In Dec 2018, I went to Alabama Theater's website to order tickets to a Jackson Brown concert in Jan 2019. Somehow TicketSalesOnline spoofed the theater site. I had a conversation with a person pretending to be at the Alabama Theater. They chraged my credit card $222 that included excessive unauthorized service charges. I received two emails from scam site confirming seats, that the theater later stated did not exist. I never received the tickets, and when I finally connected with TicketSales by phone, I was told there was a problem with the tickets and to go to my bank to get a refund.
