We ordered tickets for Rascal Flatts concert for September 25, 2020. The concert was canceled due to covid and we cannot get our money back. They will not give us a company address or let us speak to any management about this issue. We are out over $500 which we cannot afford at this time due to I am battling cancer and cannot work full time anymore. The company is not responsive. We just want the money we paid for the tickets back.
