Bought mlb tickets to a dodgers game back in February for an Easter present to my kids.. tickets weren't able to be transferred til the day before the game.. we flew from Wyoming to Los Angeles for this game... bought insurance on the tickets.. so tickets that were supposedly transferred to my email had a black bar code unable to scan or use ... customer service never answered just automated for over an hour , no one responded to my emails or my live chats for troubleshooting.... Box office looked on record and said the tickets I purchased from the 3rd party weren't released to me so I couldn't use them ! The insurance company that ticket network charged me for (money back guarantee) that I have proof that I bought through ticket network said I wasn't in their system for insurance for the tickets and ticketnetwork must have fraudulently sold me insurance through their site... As of today now we are back in Wyoming still ticketnetwork still hasn't made things right... blaming me for the tickets not being usable!! Box office specifically told me to never go through that company again, has had issues with them in the past
