The ticketmaster site had issues, and I tried calling this number to get it fixed. He asked me what the email address was with this account, and then asked for the verification code that he just sent me, and of course the text is actually from ticket master, as he requesting to reset my password, then he gets in and confirms the purchase and the amount and you're convinced you have a true representative. No site should ever request you save your credit card information, as I'm sure that's what he was looking for and I never keep a card saved. So I was lucky and so far no loss as occurred and the REAL ticketmaster has solved my problem. I think tickmaster should be more vocal about saying we do NOT have a 1800 number and the only means to contact us is through the website, on your account.

I was trying to get a refund from Ticket Master and wanted to talk to them in person on Thanksgiving Day. I looked up 800# on line and called the first # I saw which was: 1 888 526 2797. After the scam occurred I found out it belongs to Hotty Deals. I was on the phone for 2 hours because they said they would give me a refund but instead got my Debit Card and took money from there.
