The so called ticketmaster agent name was Jeff Anderson his ID number is TS783829. My ticketmaster seats were not together so in order to do that he had to refund me. He had to log in to my phone so I downloaded the app any desk. He assured me that it was only the online server in my phone and not him. He said in order to refund me I needed to use cash app and I said no, PayPal and I said no. I said I have venmo and he double checked with his manager and came back and said yes he can do that. We verified the total amount was 111.40 For a refund and I said yes. Then he wanted me to type in Timothy-hollis-24 and type in $353.14. Before I asked is that for a request or do I pay that because the amounts were off and my screen already hit pay but luckily I have a 4 digit code for all expenses and he said to enter my code and when I explained no I don't feel comfortable doing that because you guys hit pay On your end. He assured me it wasn't and then I said I don't feel comfortable doing this we need to do it a different way and he hung up.
