Facebook site for Maine Lobster Fest in Atlanta 1/27/18 created by fake company called TicketFriday. Fake web pages were also created that no longer exist and a fake phone number was provided that has been disconnected (see above). Tickets purchased through Active.com from whom order confirmation email was received. Then email with limited festival details received from ParkCitra which is somehow related to Active.com. No actual tickets were ever received even though Facebook site said they were being mailed in December. The event address (260 Peachtree Street) exists but the building said there is no festival taking place there and that the festival is a scam. Dozens of commenters on the festival Facebook site figured out they had purchased tickets for a fake festival and are trying to get charges reversed by credit card company. Who knows how many actually show up this Saturday with their confirmation emails thinking there is a festival when none exists...
