Ticket Monster is a fraudulent company. Due to Covid the Chris Stapleton concert had been rescheduled from March 12th 7pm date. I have tried numerous times to get a refund but since it had been rescheduled no refund on their end could be given. They are a third party ticket seller. So now, I’m willing to go to the current show but they have no record of my tickets being bought. I have an email confirmation with my order confirmation number, billing info, shipping info, concert info. I am currently while typing this while on hold trying to talk with a supervisor about what is going on currently at 46:03 wait time. This company is fraudulent. Please do something to remediate this situation. Looking online…many people are in the same position I am. I paid $252 for two tickets that I would like either refunded or I would like to go to this concert. I’m ok with either option. Don’t feel this company should be still able to have a call center or operate if they’re not fulfilling their obligation.
