made a purchase at Ticket master and never received a confirmation. Worried because the venue was for the next day I googled their number 1850 800-2672. The representative (agent id#TC8424986 ) told me my acct was locked out and would be for 45days. He proceeded to say that in order for me to get the ticket I needed to cancel the transaction, get a refund and repurchase the ticket thru him with a Ticket master Gift card. I couldn’t find a Ticket Master gift card, so he said an Xbox gift card will do. After I gave him the Xbox information he then said I need to give another Gift card to retrieve my refund. At that point I refused and ask to speak to his supervisor, he placed me on hold and never came back.

I was on the phone with ticket master for some pre-sale tickets I trusted this person on the phone they sounded very educated and what they were doing as if it was really a worker from Ticketmaster it sounded like an office. I have a voucher and was wondering how to use the voucher but he convinced me to just get presold tickets with him it’ll be cheaper and we can use the voucher. I was told to go to a CVS and buy Google play tickets put my money on there let him know the codes of the cards then he’ll refunded to my credit card my credit card & that would be the only way to get the pre sale

tickets … once i did so he hung up on me and 500$ was stolen .
