I tried to purchase tickets to a baseball game. I clicked on ticket center thinking it was ticket master. I bought the tickets that I wanted, but the order never went through. They took my money but gave no tickets. Afyer several hours talking to customer service. Their "policy" didnt allow a refund. I had to buy the tickets through actual ticket master. And then when I did it was 3 times less expensive for the same row. So not only did they steal my money, but they are stealing profits from good websites.
