I was also rerouted for a refund to ticket cave. They said i needed to give them $300 for bank fees to cover the transfer, then said it wasnt enough to cover both their bank and mine. Once i gave the money they hung up and blocked my number. Please be careful everyone in these hard times. I was foolish.

I purchased tickets for an event through Ticketmaster and I was rerouted to ticket cave for refund. Their saying because of COVID we need to purchase a prepaid card to get refund. After purchasing prepaid he telling me card is not enough to cover refund so I was scammed out of $425.00
