Ordered 3 in 1 sofa from Walmart site never recieved item.contacted www.tibeity.com told to contact outletservice then to contact [email protected] I tried calling their number1-800- 925-6278 no response also sent to www.buyiisop.com sent 5 emails no response called Walmart their [email protected] they told me I would have to.contact www.tibeity.com they were the 4rd party selling the item there was nothing they couldn't do.even though the item was sold on their site this seemed unfair for them.to be selling items under their Walmart name but refuse to help get item.or refund .I work for Walmart as a cashier for 8 years in.our town's store. If items are sold under the Walmart name they should also be held responsible it seems.or they shouldn't be selling items from 3rd parties that they know people think these items are being sold by the Walmart company .seems that is a false advertising misleading people. Is there something you can do to help .

We ordered 3 in 1 sofa from Walmart site for 58.88 .never recieved item contacted www.tibeity.com told to contact Outletservice then to contact [email protected] I tried calling their number 1-800-925-6278 no response. Also was sent to www.buyiisop.com sent 5 emails no response.called Walmart their [email protected] told me I would have to contact the 3rd party who sold the sofa there was nothing they could do even though the item was sold from their web site.this seemed unfair for them to be selling the item under Walmart name but refuses to help get item.or refund.and I work for Walmart as a cashier in our town for 8 years. Seems they should also be held responsible for even 3rd parties selling from their site under the Walmart name.
