The Instagram seller is offering 100% refunds on Amazon purchases as refunds on PayPal, yet after close to 180 days after their refund, due to the policy of PayPal, they are able to retract the refund from PayPal with additional fees which are delivered to the victim. Not only do they receive the amount of money of the product cost, they cause more damages to the seller with PayPal fees.
