I purchased a bottle of vitamins from Thrive’s website. Which I received and paid via credit card. I did not sign up for any membership. At least one that I was aware of.

The following month my credit card statement included a $59.00 Early Fee charge from Thrive. I had not place any additional orders.

Upon contacting the company they refused to refund the charge. I have been a victim of a scam.

I intend to report to the state of Illinois Attorneys Office and file a complain.

We need every one that has a similar experience to speak up, save someone else from being victimized.

I purchased two products from website on January 7th, 2017 for the amount of $8.91. The product was purchased and received with no problems. Then on my credit card statement I see an unauthorized charge to my credit card of the amount of $64.82 done on February 7th, 2017. I called as soon as I saw this to the company to complain and get automatic refund. I called on February 28th, 2017 to inquire about charge and reason. The responds I received from customer representative- (linah or leena) was shocking to say the least. She stated that charge was to a membership cost to their company. I stated I never agreed to that charge nor saw it advertised when I purchased items on that given date of January 7th, 2017. She stated it was there and that I did agreed to that purchased when I purchased items. After repeatedly demanding to speak to a supervisor or manger, customer rep. said she would give me refund like she was doing me a favor. I told her this is fraud, and everything must be in BIG BOLD LETTERS so people can see of additional charges, I am still waiting for my refund of $64.82. Will never d business with Thrive Market again, and want others to know of company deceptive business practices.

I did a trial membership with them and they wouldn't cancel it and charged me regardless of my desire to end it

They advertise free products, as long as shipping is paid (which is fair), but later on take nearly $60 out of your bank account. These advertisements are on Pinterest, tumblr, and Facebook that have been seen. They do not say they are going to take this money nor reply to emails or phone calls on the matter.

I ordered on Thrive Market site 3 small items totaling 13.23 They said first order free but never said anything about an enrollment or any further charge. Got my order and four weeks later I noticed 59.95 missing from my account. I was frantic because I did not know anything and bank wanted to shut my account. Then we found out what it was and tried calling and just get music, never get thru. Then I emailed them and was totally disgusted with an answer saying that I am enrolled in a year contract which was never presented and that I was past 30 day cancelation. I was never informed that any of this happened to begin with!!!! And if I was informed, wouldn't I have canceled????!??? These are deceptive practices and this company should be punished for their slick representation. I told them I want my money back and they offered me a cheaper enrollment which I do not want to ever deal with this company again!!! I called my bank and filed a dispute. And called our BBB here. And tomorrow I will call BBB in L.A. California I am a senior and this is a scam!! Sad!!!
