Worked for this company many years. One day was given a random ua test. No problem. The following month was again randomly selected again for a random ua. And for several months ahead chosen for a ua. Then after several random testing was told me and another coworker was selected for a random ua. We were gathered along with two other supervisors basically took us to the testing center. As if we committed a crime. They expedited my ua via fedex. As soon as we got back to the office they fired me the test as a probable cause. Prior to this I called the business to inform them the company was starting things and I felt I was going to get fired. Instead of protecting their employees they did nothing. I feel the test was highly unfair especially forcing me and another employee to go take the test. Especially when me going once a month every month for several months prior and passed it every other time. What they did was highly wrong to do to someone! I filed for unemployment and found to receive benefits due to this hardship. Other people should be aware of places like this. And NOT everyone especially a work place will be there to protect their employees. They did me dirty. And not everyone deserves that. Maybe next time evaluate the ENTIRE situation and all employees instead of singling a person an INNOCENT person at that.
