I made a reservation for a move from south Florida to the Orlando area. Justin Brown from Thoughtful Moving of FL, said they required a deposit to hold the date (almost 2 months from the date), which I paid. For personal reasons, I had to cancel the move that same week and I asked for my deposit back. Their contract says if you cancel within a week of the date you will be fully reimbursed. This was late August. They said on Sept 14 it was being processed. I am still waiting. Now they ghost me and don't answer my calls, emails, etc.

Very unprofessional business who scams individuals with fake estimate sheet gets you to sign waste tons of hours once you arrive to location they don’t unload your items with out paying cash first because machine is broken you are charged 300-1000 more never what’s on estimate sheet no company will ask you to sign anything to move be aware as there is no customer service for this company has tons of horrible reviews that they try to cover up by adding there own reviews all responses never make sense and every customer is told the same thing that there is no record
