Found the house for rent on Craigslist. Texted Thompson about the house he wanted 80 per adult for the application and 950 security deposit. Was offering 1 month rent free with 2-3months up front. We filled out the application form. It had socials and addresses on it. When tried to pay for application and send part of the security deposit. Which was 300, cash app refused to send the payment. He tried to give us a different cash app under the same name and then that was said it was flagged as scam he says it always says that when he tries to send money to his kids. He said it was okay so we tried it anyway and it still kicked it back we didn't not try again tried to ask him if he could meet us in person to give him a money order. He said he was not in the state I asked if he had a an agent or someone to come let us in he claimed he had an attorney but did not have anyone to let us in the house that it was a keyless property and that he had to send us a code so we can come and go as we please. Tried to do Walmart 2 Walmart or best Western still refused saying he needs documentation.... we tried Zelle and it said the number he gave me was not valid he gave me 2 different numbers and then 4 different cash apps under 3 different names 2 of them had the name Deanna Gibson, then Michael dauzat, shelby D. The Zelle name was under maria Flores I am not sure if these are actual people or not at this point. He then tried to get us to use bitcoin to send him the money. We told him no Bitcoin is not traceable. Did not send him the money he could not meet us in person or have someone to meet us.
