They show you a property , have you cash app them the security deposit , never offer any paperwork or lease… then try to raise the price on your so you will back out . You never receive your 1000-1500 deposit back! Nobody can afford to sue him or get an attorney after being robbed ! It’s not fair and some body has got to speak out!! This has happened to at Least 5 people I know personally I’m sure there’s so many more!!
