Never received boots and no refund.

I ordered a pair of Avery women's leather boots online for $62 back in November. Here I am 3 months later with no boots and no refund. I emailed customer support several times as they never provided a tracking number or any communications once they got my money. And what do you know, my order number doesn't exist! They refused to answer me until I threatened to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Then somehow magically they had a tracking number that claims the boots were delivered to my front porch. I don't have a front porch! I live in a secure locked building that you have to have a code for in order to enter. UPS FedEx and USPS all have the code to the building to have the ability to deliver packages securely to all the residents (there are only six of us per building) we all know each other and we all get packages continually so this is not something that was stolen. This company is a huge scam! I have continued to email them inquiring about my package or a refund and they will not answer me. I'm out 62 bucks! I've never been scammed before and this is just infuriating.

This company [censored]ing [censored]s! I spend my money on boots that clearly the kids in China made! $5 boots for $65 ?
I tried to return them, but of course you have to send them to China which costs you $45 scamming [censored] mother [censored]ers! Ruined my daughter's Christmas, and all they can say is we can give you %25 off!
Complete scam!
PS life lesson... make sure your s[censored] doesn't come from China!

After almost 3 months and several emails, I finally received my boots. As I have seen and previous reviews, my boots came wrapped in plastic and are almost as light as a feather. Definitely not leather like the website states. Definitely not a winter boot am not as advertised. So beyond disappointed!

The website looks like a a store that produces products made from leather but the product I eventually received (a pair of boots), are not made of the listed materials, nor does it look like the product posted to the website. It states it's products are made of leather but the boots I received are made from some sort of plastic composite. The site also claimed that the boots were wool lined and had arch support, none of which was true. I emailed them asking why I received a much more inferior product than what was advertised, and even added photos, but they said I got what I ordered, (obviously not true). I spent $62.94 on a pair of boots that look like they cost $15.00. This company looks to have committed fraud and false advertising.

So I bought a pair of leather boots for 65 dollars, they took 4 weeks to get here, from China of course, they arrived stuffed into a plastic bag inside another plastic bag. The quality of this garbage is non existent, the sizing is off and the stitching is a joke. Then when I try to get my money back they just wanna add more insult by d*ckin me around about it n saying they won't refund bcuz there's "nothing wrong with them" n that their "company policy" doesn't cover my request. So I'm stuck w a pair of plastic leather boots that are too small for my wife's feet n are thin as paper n they just get to keep my money I thought I was spending on something different. Plenty of other people have the same story with these crooks. Something needs to happen so they don't get to keep stealing like they are.
