Hi 2 weeks ago around April 1, 2019 i was looking for a pug puppy. This persons website popped up on a google search pugpupshome.com, i had no idea that these puppy scams were even something that was real, so anyway i emailed them and asked if they had any available male puppies and they said they do his name was rocky and wrote me a huge email about a fake backstory. They said if i wanted the puppy i was to money gram thomas fletch of 1341 oak st. NW, district of Columbia 530.00$. I did so on April 5,2019 and they said they would ship the dog on a special flight and everything was included in the 530.00. They said the dog would be on the flight the next morning (saturday 4/6/19) at 10 am. I then recieve an email from a website looking to be some sort of airline for pets with a tracking number and then in red is highlighted "dog cannot travel due to not having an air- conditioned crate which i would need to money gram another 1000$ to rent the crate but i would get 980$ back upon returning this.I called the airline company and a man with a thick Asian accent just kept telling me to send the money so my "baby would get to me safe" of course i did not do this as i now knew this was a scam. I tried calling and emailing the senders of the puppy 50 times with no response.PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS they try to use your love of dogs with really cute pictures to sucker you in and thats what happened to me. I would love to see these people in jail for their crimes to innocent dog loving families like mine who just wanted to get my 5 year old boy a puppy to grow up with. He did not stop crying for a whole week and of course i do not have another 530$ to buy another dog now. I can provide all the emails and receipts. I sent them another message interested in a dog from a different email address and they wanted me to start the process again as a new buyer so they have no intention of stopping this scam.
