THNKTSLV.COM 8883890104 POS PMT THNKTSLV.COM 8883890104 FL #0266 - this showed up on my checking account statements. I went to their website chat to get clarification of the charge and he did not speak english well, and could not tell me what it was for. I asked for a phone number so I could call, which I did. He then said he couldn't tell me what the charge was for he needed more information. I kept asking for someone else, or another number but I kept getting the run around. I opened a new chat and go similar information. I provided my email, and date of the transaction. The chat said I was not charged and subscription was cancelled bc of non-payment. I told them I was charged and that I wanted a refund of the $40 and the chat said I was never charged, which I was. I told them I was going to report them to BBB.
